蜜酒艺苑


康熙 38 年(公元 1699 年),康熙皇帝微服私访来到“黄城”,下榻于相府家宴,陈廷敬夫人王氏将自己在地窖中酿造的蜂蜜酒敬献给康熙皇帝,康熙皇帝饮后龙颜大悦,神清气爽,并对陈廷敬说道:难怪夫人面色红润,精神焕发,原来是常饮蜜酒之缘。当即赞曰“钟灵毓秀风水地,天赐佳酿人间稀。入口醇绵沁心脾,堪比蜂蜜更珍奇”来赞美陈廷敬夫人酿制的蜂蜜酒,金口御赐四个字“黄城玉液”。

In the 38th year of Kangxi's reign (AD 1699), Emperor Kangxi came to "Huangcheng" in disguise for a private visit and stayed at a dinner at the prime minister's house. Mrs. Chen Tingjing's wife, Wang Shi, presented the honey wine brewed in the cellar to Emperor Kangxi. After drinking it, Emperor Kangxi was very happy and refreshed, and said to Chen Tingjing: No wonder that the lady's face was ruddy and energetic. It was the reason why she often drank honey wine. The honey wine brewed by Madame Chen Tingjing was immediately praised as "a place of exquisite beauty and delicacy, a place endowed by heaven with rare wines in the world. The taste is mellow and refreshing, which is more precious than honey". The four words "Huangcheng Jade Liquor" were bestowed by Jinkou Emperor.


 

 

蜜酒之源



《本草纲目》中记述:蜂蜜其入药之功有五:清热也,补中也,润燥也,解毒也,止痛也。

 《神农本草经》说它“安五脏诸不足…止痛解毒,除众病,和百药。久服强志轻身,不饥不老”。

 唐代著名医学家孙思邈讲究食疗,注意补益,开营养食疗之先河,以蜂蜜酿酒健身治病,老而不衰,年逾百岁。

 

 

蜂蜜酒起源

据考证,我国蜂蜜酒始见于西周公元前 780 年周幽王宫宴中,距今有 3000 年的历史。是在“猿酒”的启发下试酿成功的。传说猿猴所造之酒实际上是其吃剩的
果子经发酵而成,名“猿酒”,又称“果酒”。到了唐代,药学家苏恭从酿造中得出了“凡作酒醴须曲,而葡萄、蜜等酒独不用曲”的自然发酵的经验。孟诜在《食
疗草本》中也阐述了蜂蜜酒的食疗价值。

 

文人墨客赞美蜂蜜酒

宋代大诗人苏东坡自酿“开瓮香满城”的蜂蜜酒,写下了令人欲醉的《蜜酒歌》,并题诗云:“巧夺天工术已新,酿成玉液长精神。迎宾莫道无佳物,蜜酒三杯一醉君”。秦少游饮后感慨:“酒评功过笑仪康,错在杯中毁万粮。蜂蜜而今酿玉液,金丹何如此酒强。”

 

蜂蜜酒与“蜜月”

相传,爱尔兰岛男女新婚之夜,由本部落族内的首领举行赐酒仪式。酒是以蜂蜜为主要原料酿制成的。由于蜜蜂勤劳、团结,用以象征民族的特征;而蜂蜜甘美甜润,又象征新婚男女今后生活美满幸福。新婚之夜喝了长辈赐给的蜂蜜酒后,还应继续喝一种用蜂蜜制成的饮料,连续不断地喝满 30 天,这恰巧是一个月的时间,因而叫做“蜜月”。
